Head of Private Sector Development, World BankDemba Ba is Sector Manager of the Africa Private Sector Group and an expert on privatisation enterprise restructuring. His experience includes projects related to private concessions of water and electricity, privatisation of petroleum products distribution networks, liberalisation of the telecommunications sector, privatisation of airlines, and the restructuring of port authorities.
Mr Ba has six years of field experience as a project officer with the World Bank and USAID.
He is fluent in Fulani, French, English, and Arabic.
