Submissions for the 2008 Index Series Awards have now closed. Winners announced!
Nominations are proposed by industry professionals and institutions themselves are welcome to enter as many categories as they wish. Entrants need to provide a separate entry for each category. A clearly presented marked entry submission must accompany each nomination.
Entry is a simple written submission outlining how you meet the awards criteria. Please read the criteria that relates to your category carefully before making your submission and ensure that you relate these criteria to your entry.
